Appointments

Thank you for your interest in an appointment at AUDREY ECHT, MD, PA Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center. To schedule an appointment, please call 919.870.6600. Because of federal confidentiality regulations, we may not answer any clinical questions through e-mail.

New Patients

If you are new to AUDREY ECHT, MD, PA Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center, you will need to register as a patient prior to your appointment. To do this, please call ahead to register and provide current insurance information for your appointment. In addition, please print and complete the provided medical forms and bring them to your first appointment. Alternately, you may fill out your forms electronically. Just ask for your unique security code when you schedule your appointment, then visit our convenient patient portal. Enter your security code and click submit to set up your user name and password. Follow the prompts and fill out or correct any personal information. Be sure that all areas with an asterisk (*) are filled in. Confirm if no changes are needed or save if you have made changes. On the next page click on Fill Out Forms and enter all your medical information. Be sure to save and submit your information! Please bring your insurance card so we can make a copy. If this is not provided at your initial visit, we will have to reschedule your appointment.

Returning Patients

If your insurance information has changed since your last visit, please bring your insurance card so we can make a copy.
